I led the end-to-end design and development of the Clinical Document Library (CDL), a secure, centralised digital platform for the NHS that enables healthcare professionals across the UK to access, manage, and share clinical documents—eliminating paper-based inefficiencies.

Integrated with the ICT Portal, the system ensures electronic clinic letters are automatically sent to GP practices, helping the NHS meet CQUIN compliance targets while improving patient care coordination.
